About Us
Hi, we're Léo & Melissa — a French pastry chef and chocolatier duo, and yes, also a couple 🤍
Léo grew up in the south of France, in Toulouse, and Melissa in the heart of the Auvergne, near Clermont-Ferrand. Together we've spent over 10 years perfecting our craft across some of the world's most inspiring kitchens — from London to Singapore, through Avignon, Bergerac, the Basque Country, and Toulouse.
Almost a year ago, we fell in love with Copenhagen. The city's incredible quality of life, its food culture, its energy — it felt like home. So we packed our knives, moved to Vesterbro, and opened our little cookie shop.
Everything here is made from scratch, on site. We transform raw ingredients ourselves — dried fruits for our pralinés, fresh fruits for our jams. Nothing comes ready-made. Ever.
For our ganaches, we work exclusively with Valrhona, because when you care about quality, you don't compromise on your chocolate.
We also follow the seasons. Our fruits rotate throughout the year, which is why our cookie selection is always evolving — because the best ingredient is always the freshest one.
And if you're wondering what our signature is? It has to be our Salted Caramel & Fleur de Sel cookie — a little piece of French soul, baked fresh every day.
